Hello, I’m Jordan and I’m graduating Anderson University with a B.A in Art Education with a certification to teach kindergarten through the 12th grade. For me, teaching young children through art is my passion. It is my calling.
During my time at AU, I have learned and grown as an artist as well as an educator. As I created each piece you see here, I have learned many valuable lessons that have made a positive impact on my life. It is important to understand that as an artist, one must be open to exploring mediums and techniques outside of their comfort zone and embrace new possibilities that can help lead them to becoming a successful artist.
My artwork focuses on the beauty of nature and its concept. Although my journey at AU is coming to an end, I’m looking forward to the next adventure as an art teacher who will help shape and mold my students into the best artists that they can be.
