My creative process often relies on list-making and keeping everything in one place. With a sketchbook always near, I am able to keep my thoughts iterative as I explore, identify, craft, and hone a solution.
For me, designing congruent work means infusing meaning into as many aspects of the project as possible. I believe in context, experimentation, discovery, and collaboration as tools that make or break conceptual development—these act together to build a cohesive, precise, and strategic solution that is not only flexible, but resonant.
I also believe that just as thoughts are iterative, designers are too. To continually embrace the idea of the iterative soul means bringing my work back to core questions: What opportunities can I take to make my design more human-centered? How can I better communicate within the space provided? How do I connect on a deeper level?
And above all, why?
